Students from China and Taiwan Lighten the Students’ Hearts In the Remote Area
In order to help students of the educational resources deficient area, NTNU held the activity【2009 Hoping•Download】since last year, gathered a hundred student volunteers from Taiwan, China, Hong-Kong and Macao to tutor children living in the remote area. Started from today to the 30th of January, students would divide to ten groups, forward to Chi-an, Lu island, Bao-lai, Nan-chuang and so on ten far away schools. NTNU vice president, Chang Kuo-en, encouraged the students who participated in this activity, no matter service in where, must display compassion fully. Students from different area gathered together, experienced different culture, developed friendship, would certainly make new contribution for both side of Taiwan and China.
