The 99-school year, first semester teacher conference was held on September 29 morning at the main division assembly hall. Principal Chang Kuo-en gave a speech and pointed out that the school affair and department unit evaluating system work should be taken seriously. Through the evaluating process, each administrative unit could make the self-examination and the introspection. Principal appreciated the administrative staff and professor for their effort and hardworking in school. NTNU had recently reached into the best 500 universities in school and the third place of the best world Internet universities in Taiwan. He talked about the four prospects and the nine emphasis of school future, expected the improvement of NTNU.
