Chen Hsueh-chih: The Importance of Teaching Assistant
In order to let the teaching assistant understands how to become an outstanding TA, NTNU education development center held the “TA Common Workshop” on October 11th. Chen Hsueh-chih from the education development center indicated that TA played an important role in the outstanding teaching project.
They could be seen as the extension of the teacher’s teaching effect, as well as teaching result. Mr. Chen encouraged the TA to enrich experiences diligently in the present stage, and will surely become a good teacher in the future. He also explained that the TA system had some little changes this semester. The TA should help the students out with moodle. The center expected TA could improve the quality of students learning.
