Students around the World Celebrate the International Cultural Day
The international cultural day once a year was held at Lin Kou division on November 20th. The international cultural day is a big day for the overseas students in NTNU. It is not only the splendid carnival, but also a day for reunion. Students put their homework aside and enjoy foods from more that 30 countries.
Alumni come back to school to meet their old classmates and greet their teachers. Every stand does their best to attract customers. Liu Su-miao from Overseas Compatriot Educational Committee and Lin Lien-chung from Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission also attended. Principal Chang Kuo-en indicated that, “we gathered students from over 30 countries around the world; NTNU is the most exotic place among entire Taiwan.”
