Li Ang Overthrow the Diet Literature
How can tapioca tea represent the complicated mind of a woman? How can the curry rice showed the growing background of a father? The diet literature is not only the travel note. The famous writer Li Ang wrote the food in his novel, and added with family, time, love, and lust. “I’m sure I’m the first one who written the novel in Chinese with food.” He said it confidently.
The TCLL institute invited Li Ang to share his book. Li Ang indicated, “ Even talking about the egg only, I want everybody to taste the fantastic taste of it.” The food combined the novel, human’s lust and emotion behind the food. The novel showed the connection between human and food.
