Outstanding Teaching Assistance Ceremony Commended the Outstanding TA
NTNU Center for Teaching and Learning Development held the “Teaching Assistant Common Workshop” at Cheng 101, Awarded the outstanding performance Teaching Assistant.
The director of the center Chen Hsueh-chih explained that TA played three very important roles. The first one was the bridge between students and teachers. The second was to become the model for the juniors. The last one was to become friends with students. Director Chen not only expected TA to give assistance to the teachers but also enjoyed the work. He stipulated the TA to properly use the digital teaching platform- moodle. TA’s work was to provide extra learning after class, so moodle provided a good way to solve student’s problem. Besides, moodle would combine with the academic system. Students could rate TA at the end of the school.
The six outstanding TA were as following: Education Department Chen Yum-ju, TCLL Yu Shu-ju, TA&HRD Liao Pei-wen, Chinese Department Li Nien-chieh, Hung Ling-hui, and GAC Shih Hsiu-yeh.
