Wei Chun Heng Grabbed Gold at Archery World Cup in Men's Recurve Team
In the 2019 Hyundai Archery World Cup Stage II, Wei Chun Heng, a student of the Department of Athletic Performance worked with his teammate at Jakarta Palembang 2018 Asian Games, beat Turkey, 5-1. The men’s recurve team won the gold medal and the women’s recurve team brought back bronze medal.2019.0521
Prof. Russell Miller Gives Master Class at NTNU
On May 14th and 15th, the Graduate Institute of Performing Arts invited Russell Miller, a coach and teacher of vocal repertoire, to teach master class at NTNU. Prof. Russell Miller now teaches at Eastman School of Music at University of Rochester which ranked the first in the states.2019.0518

The alumna of the Chicago Alumni Association of NTNU gathered at Chairman Wang's house in the afternoon of April 21st for the first gathering of the year, welcoming the representatives from NTNU. They are, Vice President Ying Yung Hsiang, Dean of college of Sports & Recreation Chi Li Kang, Associate Vice President at the Office of International Affairs Liu Yi De, Director of the Center of Public Affairs Kang, Min Ping, Senior Staff Eric Chang and Senior Secretary Deng Li Chun. Head of Education Division Dung at Chicago Office also attended the gathering. The 35th Hair & Makeup Trends was held in Manila on April 23rd. More than 100 contestants from Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Australia, Vietnam, China, Philippines gathered for all sorts of beauty techniques like hairdressing, nail art and styling. This year, 15 Taiwanese joined the competition. Amy Yeh, a student at GF-EMBA and a styling Director at Winmake Styling Company, won five medals, including barbie doll, mask makeup, making her the individual overall champion.2019.0515
