24 Cheerleading Team Show The Power and Beauty

The 103-year cheerleading competition was held on December 2nd night at the gym. 24 freshman teams participated and opened the prologue for the 64-year sports meeting. NTNU traditional cheerleading competition changed from athletics competition to creative competition. The freshmen had been practicing for several months.

[General Courses Lecture] Keep on Going, Girls!

Center of General Education held the series of gender activity, and played “Women’s Light Shines On”, and “Moonlight Resonance” on November 25th. Professor Hsiao Chao-chun was invited to discuss and share the gender issue hiding in the back of Taiwanese traditions. Professor Hsiao graduated from Dong Hwa University.

Senior Choir Won Second Place in Yat-sen Cup

NTNU music department senior choir “T.J. Choir” participated in the “15th National Yat-sen Cup Choir Competition” in the beginning of November. The first time they represented NTNU and won the second place, instructs teacher Sun Ai Kuang indicated that they had only been trained for two month, she was proud of their achievement.

Kun Melody in NTNU

The 10th Kun song drama was held on November 27th, at NTNU main division. Tsai Meng-chen from Chinese department leaded the Kun song club, and invited the famous Kun song performers Chiu Lu-jung, Chou Lu-Lin, and Li Lai-hsiang to give the splendid performance.

San Diego Alumni Scholarship Benefit Juniors

American San Diego NTNU alumni association leader Chen Sung-mei visited NTNU on November 24th. Director of the office of university relations Lin An-pang was in charge to receive. Chen Sung-mei arrived with the 500 US dollars scholarship donated from the San Diego alumni association.
