NTNU Macao Established Macao Alumni Association on October 23rd

The founding ceremony of NTNU Macao Alumni Association was held on October 23rd in Macao. The mother school NTNU national alumni main association honors president Kuo Yi-hsiung and otheree 7 representatives went to Macao and offered the blessing. NTNU would have more cooperation and interaction with Macao alumni through the association.

NTNU 5 Participants in 2010 Cross Strait Interpreting Competition of Chinese and English

2010 Cross Strait Interpreting Competition of Chinese and English Taiwan area preliminary game was held on October 24th. The participants were outstanding interpreting talented person. Six out of twenty from the preliminary game could represent Taiwan to participate in the final game in November. The literary academy, graduate institute of translation and interpretation, and the English department held the competition together.

The Dean of the Literary Academy Chen Li-kuei Encouraged the Establishment of Taiwanese Department

The sixth Taiwanese literature international academic seminar was held by the graduate institute of Taiwanese on October 23rd at NTNU library assembly hall. The topic was “the new trend, artistry and polytropism of Taiwanese literature”. The entire seminar was carried out in Taiwanese.

Principal Chang Encouraged the Teacher Cultivated Scholarship Prize Winner

NTNU 99-year outstanding teacher cultivated scholarship qualification orientation was held on October 20th at the main division first meeting room. 35 students who obtained the scholarship participated. These students were chosen after the intense competition. Principal Chang Kuo-en encouraged students to have other abilities besides the education lessons.

NTNU The Top 500 Universities in the World

NTNU national alumni main association 4th held the third supervisor meeting on October 18th at the main division first meeting room. The president of the council Wang Chin-ping took charge of the meeting. He appreciated the leading of the ex-principal Kuo Yi-hsiung and the hardworking of the entire school to lead NTNU into the top 500 universities in the world.
