International Collaboration in SDG Education for a Sustainable Future

The NTNU School of Teacher Education held an exciting bilingual workshop on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and climate change on September 7th, 2024. This event, conducted in English, brought together university students (future teachers), high school teachers and students, and students from Chiba University in Japan and focused on the impacts of climate change on Taiwan.

Promoting Taiwan’s Higher Education: Delegation Participates in the 2024 EAIE Conference in France

The European Association for International Education (EAIE) held its 2024 annual conference in Toulouse, France from September 17 to 20. National Taiwan Normal University President Cheng-Chih Wu , chairperson of the Foundation for International Cooperation in Higher Education of Taiwan (FICHET), led a delegation of more than 50 participants from 21 universities to participate in the conference. Mei-Chen Lu, Education Division Director of the Taipei Representative Office in France, along with Lih-Tien Hsu, secretary of the Education Division, welcomed the delegation and discussed opportunities for research and education cooperation in France.

Chiang Mai University Hosts NTNU for Teaching Exchange

Professor Huichen S. Hsiao led 15 graduate students to Chiang Mai University (CMU) on August 25 for a seven-day visit to enhance the Chinese language teaching skills of NTNU's Department of Chinese as a Second Language students and to gain insights into language education in Thailand.
