NTNU and NTSU to Battle for Championship in Badminton
On May 3rd, the open tournament of badminton for both men’s and women’s team was held. The two finalists for men were NTNU and National Taiwan Sports University (NTSU). As for women’s team, the 4 semi-finalists, National Taipei University of Education, NTSU Taoyuan, NTNU and National Chiayi University, were still waiting to fight for the two finalist spots.2009.0504
NTNU Has Had 4 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Copper Medals Won
On May 3rd, the second day into the National Intercollegiate Athletic Games (NIAG), NTNU swim team had wonderful news to share: they had won 4 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 2 copper medals in total for NTNU.2009.0503
An Academic Symposium in Commemoration of Professor Ja Fu-Ming
The Academic Symposium in Commemoration of Professor Ja Fu-Ming was held on May 3rd by the Department of Education, NTNU. Many outstanding alumni of the department returned to their alma mater for the symposium and published papers in remembrance of their dear professor. All agreed that Professor Ja was one of the greatest masters in the Department of Education, NTNU. He devoted his entire life in education and in teaching his students about love. The symposium also had an exhibition of the life of Professor Ja, through which attendants could know more or to recall the dedication of the deceased professor.2009.0502
NIAG Opening Combined Sports and Arts
2009 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games (NIAG) opened boisterously on May 2nd at NTNU Kungkuan campus. To exhibit its excellence in both sports and arts, NTNU, the hosting university this year, presented performances that were brilliant and unique.2009.0501
