NTNU Teams Up with UCLA for Taiwan Studies Initiative
An academic cooperation agreement was signed by NTNU and UCLA. The three-year UCLA-NTNU Taiwan Studies Initiative provides funding for faculty and student exchanges, graduate fellowship support, and workshops and lectures. An annual conference will be convened each year with scholars from UCLA and NTNU participating. NTNU and UCLA will work together to be the center of Taiwan Studies in the world.2017.0916
Mobility of NTNU Students Discovering the World
National Taiwan Normal University has 70 years of history. Among more than 40,000 universities in the world, the academic reputation of NTNU has reached no. 289; in terms of internationalization NTNU was ranked 122 in the world, which is also the highest in Taiwan. Times Higher Education (THE) made a list of the world's top 200 universities with the most foreign students and NTNU was ranked no. 152, the only university in Taiwan listed. Wu Tzu Ying from the Dept. Of Design Tops at Adobe Design Achievement Award

NTNU Signed an MOU with The Université libre de Bruxelles
On August 28, National Taiwan Normal University signed an MOU with The Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), which is the first step or cooperation after the College of Arts has signed the MOU with ULB in July. President Chang Kuo En and President Yvon Englert were presented at the International Cooperation Agreement Signing Ceremony. In the signing ceremony, President Chang introduced to the guests of ULB the strength of NTNU and welcomed them to Taiwan. “We are grateful to this cooperation. ULB is a very Internationalized university and so is NTNU. Around 6000 foreign students and 1500 oversea Chinese students study here.”2017.0915
