Heidelberg University Visited NTNU
Heidelberg University is the oldest university in contemporary Germany. Its Vice President Dr. A. Stephen K. Hashmi visited NTNU with administrator and teachers from the school and was welcomed by Vice President Wu Cheng-Chih. The Division of Preparatory Programs Welcoming Their First Malawi Students
This year, the Division of Preparatory Programs for Overseas Chinese Students is welcoming some special guests from Africa. The campus was mainly composed of South East Overseas Chinese, now 18 teenage African students from Amitofo Care Center have come to Taiwan to study here. They will attend classes in Linkou coordinated by MTC and Preparatory Programs to learn Chinese, and the school will help them to apply to universities in Taiwan. The aim is to educate them as teachers and in the future, they may go back to Malawi and teach Chinese.2015.0922
Doshisha University called on NTNU
The President of Doshisha University Koji Murata and some administrators came to visit NTNU on September 11st and President Chang Kuo-en welcomed them in person. As more and more Japanese are interested in learning Chinese, it’s possible that more Japanese students would come to NTNU.2015.0913
NTNU Signs Memorandum with Yokohama City University
On September 8th, the Dean of the College of Science Chia Chih-Ta signed a memorandum on academic exchange with Masaru Tahcibana, the Dean of the Graduate School of Nanobioscience from Yokohama City University.2015.0824
