Lin Pan-Song, Director of the Centre of Culture and Creative Industry, NTNU and Chen Qing-Lin, Deputy Director-General of Salt Town signed a cooperative memo and agreement on behalf of NTNU and the Administrative Commission of Salt Town Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province.
